Your entire Healthcare Team at SHCC are doing their part to keep everyone safe, but we need your help! We require all patients entering the lobby wear a face mask or covering. Those need to remain on the entire time you are in our office. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter.
Our waiting room is a "Safe Zone". What do we mean by "Safe Zone"? Our waiting room is for our patients with routine office visits. For our patients requiring an acute or sick visit, they are asked to wait in their car until the provider is ready for them. You will be instructed of this when your appointment is made. Patients with this type of visit will be escorted by a nurse through our private door. We have a designated exam room that we use during the visit. If labs are needed, the Phlebotomist will go to the designated room to collect the sample. When the visit is complete, they are escorted back to our private door to leave the building.
We are thoroughly cleaning the exam rooms between patients. We have chairs in our hallway to help with social distancing. Our waiting room, check in and check out areas are also being disinfected regularly. Hand sanitizer is in every exam room and can also be found at check in and check out.
SHCC cares about protecting you!
