Dr. Patel is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with over 20 years of clinical and leadership experience. He completed his medical education at Baroda Medical College in India and his Internal Medicine residency and Chief Residency at Wright State University. As a Nursing Home and Hospice Medical Director, he is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care while leading quality healthcare initiatives across multiple clinical settings.
Dr. Patel is passionate about building long-term relationships with his patients and believes that great healthcare starts with truly listening. He specializes in managing complex chronic conditions and takes a whole-person approach to every visit.

A Dayton, Ohio native, he began his healthcare career as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), where he developed a strong foundation in patient care, emergency medicine, and patient advocacy. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and is committed to helping patients achieve optimal health through preventive care, chronic disease management, and comprehensive primary care services.
